This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) describes how Individual Entrepreneur Mykhailovskyi Ihor Valeriiovych, EDRPOU 2923512553, (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator), the owner of the online store SHELAN (hereinafter referred to as the Store), collects, processes, stores, and protects the personal data of visitors and customers of the website in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI.

Using the website and placing an order means that you are familiar with this Policy. Consent to the processing of personal data is confirmed by marking the appropriate checkbox when placing an order or by continuing to use the website after becoming familiar with the Policy.

1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT 

When placing an order, we collect:

  • First name and last name — for order processing and identification;
  • Phone number — for prompt communication regarding the order status;
  • Email address — for sending order confirmation, delivery status, and electronic receipts;
  • Delivery address (city, branch/post office of Nova Poshta / Ukrposhta / Justin, etc.).

Wedo not collectpayment card data — payment is processed through secure payment systems (WayForPay, Monobank, LiqPay, etc.) that comply with PCI DSS standards.

2. WHY WE USE YOUR DATA 

Personal data is used exclusively for:

  • processing, confirming, and fulfilling the order;
  • organizing the delivery of the Product;
  • communicating with the Buyer regarding order issues;
  • sending information about the shipment status;
  • resolving possible claims (within the statute of limitations).

3. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

  • We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. 3.2. For delivery, data (name, phone, address) is transferred to the services "Nova Poshta", "Ukrposhta", "Justin" (they have their own privacy policies).
  • Data may be transferred to payment systems (WayForPay, etc.) only for processing the payment.
  • In exceptional cases — at the lawful request of the authorities of Ukraine.

4. DATA STORAGE

4.1. Data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the order, resolve claims, and the statute of limitations (3 years), but no longer than necessary. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

4.2. We implement organizational and technical measures to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or leakage of data.

5. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

5.1. The website uses cookies: technical (for proper operation), functional, and analytical (Google Analytics — anonymized data about visits).

5.2. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or the cookie banner on the website (if available). Disabling technical cookies may affect the website's functionality.

5.3. Analytical cookies collect statistics without identifying individuals.

6. BUYER RIGHTS 

According to the Law, you have the right to:

  • receive information about the processing of your data;
  • receive a copy of the data;
  • demand correction, deletion, or blocking of data;
  • revoke consent for processing (this may affect the fulfillment of the order).

7. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

The administrator can change the Policy. We will notify you of significant changes on the website and/or via email (if available). The current version is always on the website. The date of the last update is indicated at the top.
